Owner of store has very bad hearing unfortunately. So just know you'll need to speak very loudly. Even then he'll ask for you to repeat yourself multiple times and when you do, he will be frustrated and grumpy with the effort of dealing with customers. The store does look like it has a very nice, large selection of cigars. It being Christmas time I went looking gifts. However, after asking 3 questions and the owner showing physical signs of being annoyed with his difficulties communicating with customers, I left without purchasing anything.

Cigar Cigars in Downingtown is AWESOME! Tom is ALWAYS so very helpful and friendly, and so is Jeff! I won't get my cigars anywhere else because I truly enjoy my shopping experience there! I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone!

Awsome store. I just started enjoying cigars and I went in and asked the owner to help me pick out a variety of good sticks to sample and figure out what I like. He spent a good 20 mins walking me around the store and helping me pick good cigars to try. I will absolutely return for the foreseeable future. Great place with impeccable service.
