I always go to all you smoke shops everyone always nice but yesterday which was Saturday Jan 16 I went in there and asked why they added 50 cents to my card instead of answering nice she got an attitude she has no customer service at all never had a problem in any of your stores she told me in a rude manner that to take it up with the owner will not go to that one any more rude rude

So much better with the New Ownership. The Manager Hannah is very nice and Helpful. Got a lot of interesting stuff in now. They also sale Coffee and other things like milk and eggs. It's really a one stop shop, grab your cigarettes and a gallon of milk at the same time!

Purchased a fronto leaf from here about a month ago. It was moldy so I attempted to return it the next day with the receipt. The cashier asked me where I purchased it from while holding the receipt in her hand. She then said that she was not able to do returns because she was not the owner and gave me times that the owner would likely be there. After returning there at least 10 times I still have not seen the owner (who originally sold me the leaf). I once saw the cashier at the Dollar Tree in the same shopping center and thought, she's finally off of the clock maybe the owner is there now. Once she noticed me in line, she went back to the Tobacco Shop and somehow was the only one there. Again. The store now has a handwritten index card that says no refunds or exchanges. The same person owns the Tobacco Shop in the same shopping center as Price Chopper. You can tell because there is another handwritten sign there. TLDR: open your products in front of them because it could be moldy and you will NOT receive a refund.

New owner is up front and honest. She’s very helpful with any questions I had with the products I was looking for. Convenient location. Give her a try

New management is very helpful and kind. Always have what I go in for or willing to order if I ask. Plan to continue to do business here more often.
