It is a good store; HOWEVER; Check your receipt before you leave the store. Ended up getting charged for free item… My fault I did not check, their fault because they charged me for a freebie.

I've been buying cigars and accessories (e.g., cutters and humidification packets) from Famous Smoke Shop's website for more than a decade, now. The store's cigar selection is vast (encompassing major brands, boutique brands and lesser-known brands), prices are competitive and shipping is fast. What's also nice is that they sell many 3-packs and 5-packs, so if you want to experiment and try a variety of products from top-tier producers, or, simply buy some premium cigars for a special occasion, you can do so without needing to buy an entire box.

Not a happy camper with this company at this time. I usually order and have no issues. Not this time....waiting for the order and after waiting on hold for nearly 15 minute(after being told 2 minutes) the excuse is we've changed shippers....unacceptable! I tried tracking this order and each day it says it will arrive by 9 pm that evening. Not true, this has been going on for 5 days now. And good luck getting in touch with their shipper, it's been one big circle jerk!!

Have ordered many cigars over the years from the Famous Smoke Shop and have never had an issue. I placed an order on April 20 th of nearly $100 it was a promo where they were adding a five pack of Tatiana Vanilla cigars. I have yet to receive that order tracking has it arriving in a small town a half hour from me on the 23 rd and I have checked each day and estimated delivery day is that day and has been for the last eight days! I finally got through to their customer service after waiting on line for twenty minutes each time and they said they would refund me and I could replace the order but I would not receive the same promo. I told them I did not want the refund I want my original order and they told me they do not do replacements only refunds! You give me a refund and I will go somewhere else and they were fine with that bye bye Famous Smoke shop! Ridiculous!

Famous Smoke Shop is my only choice for online cigar and accessory purchases. I have never had a bad buying experience and the shipping is fast, they do put a lot care when they package your items for shipping and my cigars always arrive fresh and in the best condition, I will one of these days make a trip to their brick and mortar store.
