The best experience ever. The Staff were super helpful and had a huge selection of products. So much better than shopping online as you actually get to see and feel the products in hand. I've always heard great things about this place just never went as I live a good distance away, however now I know why so many friends have recommended this place. I'll definitely be going back and doing all my shopping with them and not online.

This was not my first time going to Utopia, but it will more than likely be my last. The store is well laid out, and very well stocked! However, the owner and employees were very unapproachable and honestly a bit creepy. Immediately, as I walk in, I get a barely friendly greeting, and then silence. As I walked in with my partner, admiring the products, my partner notices that the owner is just staring at her. This didn’t feel too different from how he can usually be, but I hadn’t noticed too much before. I shrugged it off as him “watching the merchandise.” However, as we kept looking, he kept staring. There was no greeting from him, nor did ask if we needed anything or something like that. He was just staring at us, making my partner incredibly uncomfortable. We both wanted to make a purchase, but we chose not because as we moved throughout the store so did the owner. He would not let us move without his watch. It was honestly a bit scary on top of being unprofessional and creepy. This is not a bad store, but our experience with the employees and owner made us so uncomfortable that I cannot imagine us returning.

Been customer for decades. It’s great.

One of the largest selections of smoking accessories in the area... very knowledgeable about their products and very friendly....

They have great deals on incense!
