The first time I made a purchase here I met the owner, very friendly and knowledgeable. Happily Thought I had found a place close to home to purchase my upper end cigars.. I have gone there 3 more times, no sign of the owner, and the person who waited on me basically made it appear I was intruding. Not to mention the blank stares when I asked a question. Sigh, the search goes on.

Surprisingly knowledgeable and very personable staff...Best customer service I've had in 10+years. Been going to this location since its opened. Been to all the other Erie stores, for decades; all Smoker Friendly staff citywide is awesome! Eat your heart out CF...

During one of my visits the cashier wasn't knowledgeable on the vapes when I had a question. They make you feel rushed when browsing vapes.

They have certain things I just can't find other places. Crazy cigar selection! Great prices on glass pipes. Usually lots of options for cones, papers, and wraps.

Have everything I need and if nit they will do there best to have it next time. Great people working here. Mostly younger kids but they do a great job.
