Patron of this smoke shop often. Recently purchased 2 disposables and 1 of them was non-functional. Returned 2 days later hoping for a simple exchange with the same clerk that assisted me originally. However, I was told there is nothing they can do after 24 hours, per the owner. I requested contact information to speak with the owner and was told that's not possible. Dissapointing experience that unfortunately will result in me taking my business elsewhere.

The first and last time I will ever do business here. I came in to purchase a disposable vape, once I paid I opened it and found it was defective. I went back in and asked to have it exchanged for a working one. I’m then told there is nothing that can be done and I could try contacting the manufacturer. So your company offers products it doesn’t stand behind? Why did I just pay you for something that doesn’t work? My only regret is not paying with a card to file a charge back. I will never return and will do what I can to warn others to stay away and go to a reputable shop.
