great store, great service. met one of the owners, invited me to the store. wish i came here earlier.

Tonight I went to the vape shop near my house ace ventures for pods. Sometimes I order online or I’ll kinda of look around and idk why I do it cause the prices are usually the same and if you buy online unless your buying bulk your gonna pay the same with the excise tax and shipping. I have noticed everytime I go into ace ventures I’m instantly greeted and they make sure I’m good before they continue whatever they were doing. Customer service is a big deal to me I want to feel wanted and appreciated as a customer! Ace Ventura’s continues to go above and beyond almost every time I shop there! It’s more than just being friendly and saying have a nice day these people are always doing things to give back to they’re customers. A lot of times they will give a discount which they don’t have to but to me they do it cause they appreciate their customer. Another time the one guy who worked there gave me 2 free disposables with my purchase. Tonight they really gained a loyal customer I got lucky and ran into the owner and he saw I was getting novo pods and made a little small talk and then he gives me a brand new novo xros pro on the house! Between the reasonable prices, the above and beyond customer service, and I still haven’t mentioned it but the variety of stuff they have is unseen you have to check it out of your into vaping/smoking. Overall it’s nice to get free stuff but what matters most is the customer service I would continue to come her just for the customer service but them giving me a device really made my week!

Best smoke shop in the area, all the guys are mad cool and genuinely sweet. I was in the smoke shop buying lottery tickets the gentleman working was extremely rude, making faces and throwing dirty looks as I was buying them. A child walked in and asked for a vape carriage and the kid looked no more then 12 years. He did NOT ID him, didn’t even blink twice!
