Stopped by Emporium Haven Smoke Shop and had a great experience. The store was clean, well organized, and had a huge selection of products at fair prices. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer questions without rushing. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the better smoke shops around the area — highly recommend checking them out!

I love this shop! They have a greater variety than just about any other shop. You never know what you'll find that peaks your interest. Plus there are over a dozen PA Skill games to choose from and play!

Everytime I buy something… it’s not as good as if I buy it up in cranberry at Clouds smoke shop or somewhere else. I wouldn’t not recommended as everytime I have bought something from here (Emporium) it would hit weird. Also when they ring me up my price… I’ll see it then an extra $15 will come out of my account. Idk what they got going on but some funky business going on there for sure. Let alone the one night shift girl at night was somewhat rude. I recommend Clouds up in cranberry if you need something.

No I bad place here. They have quite a selection on smoking and vaping equipment and you can gamble too. They definitely have the right stuff to turned this into a 5 star place if they would present things better and get a better flow to the place. Right now it's kinda all over the place and have machines blocking the flow of the place.
