I had one of the strangest customer service experiences I’ve ever had here. I walked in, said hello, and asked the employee if he could help me. He simply said, “No.” I thought I had misunderstood him, so I asked if he could help me find vape liquid. Again, no. I asked where the vape liquid was, and he vaguely pointed across the store. When I couldn’t find it and asked him to show me, he eventually walked over to the area but then just stood there without offering any help. I asked if they had tobacco and menthol flavors. He said yes. I asked if he could show me where they were, and he again refused to help and just stood there looking at me. This went on for several minutes. At that point I told him that if he wasn’t going to help me, I was leaving, and I left. I ended up going to another tobacco shop about a mile up the road. When I mentioned what had just happened, the employee there told me that only a couple of days earlier, another woman had come in and described having a very similar experience at this store. I realize this place has a lot of good reviews, which honestly makes my experience even more surprising. Maybe others have had completely different interactions, but based on how I was treated, and hearing that another customer recently described something similar, I definitely won’t be going back. The complete unwillingness to assist me was bizarre.

My family and I were in an accident today (thanksgiving) right outside the store and the man working was truly the most kind soul ever! Allowed my kids to stay in the store out of the snow, offered us all waters, and was genuinely so kind. Offering to keep an eye on my kiddos while I spoke to police and got the car towed. He made all the difference and we are so grateful 🧡
