All of the Guys here have always been nice and helpful. Ive purchased a vape that didnt work and the next day I went, they gave me a new one. They answer all questions I have and I always ask about prices bc I dont rememeber and I go often. I've never been accused of spying on them for asking prices. Also they have always been sweet to my stwp daughter who sometimes comes with me and she get a free lollipop in the basket by the front. I love this place ❤️

"Buyer beware. Went in yesterday with my husband to ask a few basic questions about a device we just bought. ( Been shopping here for 4 years ) The owner David Friedlander became instantly defensive, angry, and verbally abusive, and it just escalated from there. Damn near turned into a fight. Completely unprofessional and unsafe environment. Avoid this place."

The best vape store I have been to, and will remain loyal. Friendliest, easiest to talk to staff I've encountered in this industry. They also have FANTASTIC tunes on most of the time. this is the go-to spot in Hanover.

I shopped hear about once a week. Got a vape that didn't work at all and I didn't get a receipt ( never thought I would need it) but I used my debit card which you would think they could look up because it was only one day later. They refused to exchange it even tho I described the person who sold it to me and he knew exactly who I was talking about and I bought 3 vapes that day! The employee with the lighter brown beard was very rude about it. He is always a little rude but I usually ignore him because it must suck to work at a vape shop anyways. I won't be going back and neither will the 3 other people I told. If you don't like your job just quit don't spread your misery to customers. There are plenty of other shops in Hanover that would have exchanged it. I mean like I said I was in there every week and still just basically told me I'm screwed and I donated 30 dollars to their business.

Hi! I’m a fellow customer who shops @ South Hanover Vapes. The customer who left the review right before me, left out a lot of information. He left out how he works for a competitor, and he left out how he came in acting like he never vapes, wanted to quit, and was asking for every single price, while lying about why. David is a very nice owner. He’s given so many people discounts, and I see him paying for his employee’s lunch’s all the time. He’s a good man (I hang in there a lot). I wouldn’t listen to the one below, it’s 80% false as I was there. Great prices, great people.
