Been here a few time but haven't in awhile due to ordering my vapes online. I had no idea how much things have changed ( didn't know disposables now have a 2 part process). When asking the guy inside to clarify it seemed like I was bothering him, so I left without a purchase. If a customer is unsure about a product they've never purchased before you may have to reiterate what you already said. Unfortunately due to my experience today I probably won't be back.

I have been shopping with Smooth Vape for about two years now and I could not be more pleased every single time I come. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are always willing to go out of their way to try and appease us as the consumers. I will always be a part of the smooth vape family for this reason! Definetely 10/10 Reccommend any smooth vape store!

I go to the Harrisburg location . This is the best vape shop in the area! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly! The staff recommended the Off-stamp products and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Just a bonus - the staff went out of their way to contact me about my debit card that I accidentally forgot inside the store . Thank you!

Great place and amazing staff. We were clueless to mostly everything but had quit smoking and needed to replace the hand mouth fixation. Josh helped us and knew exactly what devices would best suit our needs and showed us the cheaper options also. Very honest and well priced. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vape shop. Very friendly and welcoming. They also make their own juices there so there it's nice to have someone be able to tell you exactly what's in it all.

One of my favorite shops locally. It's been almost a year of going here for all my Vaping needs. Josh who is there almost everytime I go there is one of the most down to earth guys I have ever met. His knowledge of the products they carry is amazing & his overall knowledge of the industry is on point. I've worked in this industry and the best ones working are always learning about it. I tell everyone i know to go here!!!
