I know I wanted a cheap bong/bubbler, but if I knew it would break before I even got the chance to even use it I would pay $2 NOT $20. I bought a small bubbler here. I put water in to use it, I set it down with care, and it tips over to the side and breaks clean in half. Don’t come at me saying I should’ve been more careful bc I was being delicate. I called and explained how the water made it tip over and break but he said, “unfortunately there’s a no return policy on glass.”

I have been a loyal customer since 2024. I’ve spent close to $1000 in buying vapes here since 2024. I use their loyalty stamp card after you buy 5 vapes you get one free. I bought a vape about a week ago and was given the free vape because I had bought the 5. The original vape I bought Cali frozen Watermelon lush worked fine. The free one given to me the Cali Frozen ice only hit a couple times and than would not hit at all. I brought it back thinking they would exchange cause it’s broke on 100% charge + 100% juice. The customer service changed up real quick and instead of offering a vape that worked the owner blows into the back of the non working vape and than tells me to hit it. Yea it hit a couple more times and did the same thing… it’s obviously leaking vape juice on the inside and I don’t want a Faulty vape… be aware of buying damaged vapes at this location…

Disagree with reviewers, did not have common vape I use and clerk could not get off his phone long enough to help out. Could’ve caught them on a bad day, but I doubt it.

Excellent experience, great prices, vast and unique selection. The vibe is exactly what you would want in such a place.

I was in earlier this morning , now I want to give a lil back ground. When walking in, since I have been a loyal customer for months . I walked in joyfully , joking saying "can we be friends by now . Customer service was very offensive and passive . He stated I complained about him yo his manager . Which Then , I requested to be reminded of what I said ? He then was very cold and dismissive . I apologize if I did say anything to offend him and he remained cold . Making me feel unwelcome with no explaining. This is what a real, Review and complaint looks like . far from being anyone that would be little someone. Be careful what you say .
