Horrible customer service the guy with beard said he was the owner beyond rude!! I witnessed him yelling at customers parking before his business was open in designated parking spaces even though signage says you can park there up until 10am when store opens. Still tried to give him business but I would never there are too many shops like that around with much better customer service.

The guy with the beard is complete trash. He is rude and disrespectful. He puts stickers on vehicles parked legally. If you, bearded rude man, wants a better parking situation might I suggest moving to a bigger location with a better parking situation. You will continue to lose business with that horrible attitude.

Can’t say enough good things about Tinderbox Haverford. Ordering from other sites all the time, I never get the tracking info within an hour of purchasing. The cigars always come very fast & fresh with multiple zip locks, Boveda packs, and properly secured with a ton of bubble wrap. Just started going to tinder box when my former cigar shop S n J moved. The guys there are cool. A lot of septa guys like me also go there. They know what I like, so when I park and walk in.... they have a box of the NEW WORLD red cigars waiting for me. Thanks for the great service. Till next month. Darryl

Great cigar selection with competitive pricing. Boutique to basics. Knowledgeable staff with their own personalities. If you don't like interaction I guess on line is the way to go. BTW shipping is prompt and cigars well packed. I've been a customer for twenty years at least. Limited parking for multiple shops was a chaotic situation. Designated spaces allow businesses to accommodate actual patrons. I don't see people outraged about the handicapped parking space abuse.
