Some of the employees have major attitude issues and won't help you out if you ask questions. They are always low or out of stock sometimes for weeks. If u call to ask any questions or what they have they brush you off and tell you to come in the store. When I have asked in the past about things they tell you to look it up online. No expiration dates on any products and their "3rd party testing info" if they even have it for what they have in store isnt always up to date. The place operates in a way that you go in and buy what u see, if they dont have it oh well. If you have questions they won't help you. I would go to high society down the road. They know their stuff and will help you. If they dont have it, they will order it for you. Very shady service at this place.

Rude customer service, I had like two quick simple questions and I got hit with attitude and like what are you doing here kid. If you wanna run a business you have to be in the people business too. You shouldn’t just expect people to buy things because you have a store.

Best smoke shop around for sure! Great pieces at great prices! The owners really know what they are talking about and are super friendly! They also have a new 2nd location in milford next to Balch's, which is also a great little shop!

The staff are extremely polite & their products are great. I have recommended a lot of people I know to come shop here. The store honestly is a great vibe in its self . I definitely recommend this smoke shop, never had a problem:)

Went in for the first time nice place starting out the owner I met was helpful and it gives me good vibes all around. Prices are honestly amazing and selection might be small for right now but definitely hits. Will be coming back regularly.
