Smoke Rings Cigar Lounge is NEPA’s version of ‘Cheers’… the kind of place where people know your name and always make you feel welcome. Great cigars, even better people, and a true sense of community. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing something special.

Jess and Ample gave me the best experience! Our espresso martinis were 100% made with time & love. Definitely recommend & will be back!!
