I always find exactly what I'm looking for when I come back here. The guys there are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and super helpful. You can't go wrong here. Come see for yourself.

I absolutely love Royal Tobacco Outlet! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how incredible this place is. The staff is hands-down the best I've ever experienced at any tobacco shop. They're incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable about every product in the store. Whether you're a regular or just stopping by, they treat you like family. They took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, offered excellent recommendations, and even shared some helpful tips on new arrivals. Their customer service is top-notch — attentive, patient, and full of positive energy. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do! The selection here is absolutely outstanding — easily the best around. They have an enormous variety of premium cigars, cigarettes, vape products, pipes, and tobacco blends. From rare and hard-to-find international brands to all the classics, they stock everything. The quality is consistently excellent, and the inventory is always fresh and well-organized. I was spoiled for choice and ended up leaving with more than I planned because everything looked so good! If you're looking for a tobacco shop with amazing products and even better people, Royal Tobacco Outlet is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back again and again. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you to the wonderful team at Royal Tobacco Outlet — you’ve earned a lifelong customer! 🙌

This place has the best staff! They give great customer service and become familiar with you so they always know exactly what you need & give suggestions. I get my incense sticks here because I just love how nice and helpful everyone is!

Really great store I visited Grady customer service Annice helped me out really good I appreciate the customer service

Great service, Great people, Great product. They are always ready to help. There are fun finds and I have to say the pricing is fair. They have a large inventory of mostly good quality product. I have always gotten bank for my buck. Their second location in Brookhaven Prime Tabacco is just as reliable. It is a one stop smoke shop. All three of the items in my photos I have purchased. They are not all but some of my favorites. I love everyone. I'spent less then 100 dollars in total on those items. I have yet to been disappointed.
