The store is nice, always well kept but the customer service sucks. One girl is nice, the older woman ginger is rotten. Everytime I've ever had to deal with her, shes just rotten. Today I asked her a legitimate question that wasn't a stupid question and she just for no reason snapped at me and this is like the third time she's gotten super cocky with me for no reason then she snapped at the other worker. She doesn't belong in public.

One stop shopping for all my bad habits - smokes , adult beverages, and lottery. The store is always clean and well-stocked, even the parking lot is well maintained (loving the freshly painted lines.) Staff is friendly and very helpful especially with the lottery machine. Even the customers are awesome! A guy came in for smokes and said there's a car outside with a flat. It was my car but it wasn't flat when I got there. Next thing I know another customer - a complete stranger - changed it for me. He wouldn't take any money so I bought him a few beers.

Great One stop shop to grab cigarettes, papers, candy and beer. But everytime I go into the store, if the older lady with short hair is working i wish i had went somewhere else. She is either smoking in the doorway half in and half outside. Or she is playing the machines with a customer and really makes you wait until she is finished gambling. And if you ask a question, she literally has a very ignorant response. Absolutely shouldn't be working there. She is bad for business and honestly, if you don't want to work in this type of environment where you are suppose to assist customers who are choosing to spend their money there, then work in different environment. One day I went to grab a pack of cigs for my mom and my debit card wasn't working for some reason so I pulled out my card for cash assistance and asked if I could use that and she said yes. Of course that didnt work either but I really don't think it is appropriate to say to a regular customer " your not even allowed to use cash assistance on cigarettes are you?" Well first off I may spend my money however I want to. Of course you can't use an ebt food stamp card and it wouldn't work anyway but cash assistance can be spent any way the person chooses to. I don't like writing bad reviews about places of businesses because people do have bad days. But it's everytime I go in there I get such an attitude and no acknowledgement that I'm even in the store. I hope she can start having better days. I also read a few other reviews referring to her so I can see im.not the nly one. Now the lady with the ponytail and glasses, she is very nice. She will atleast street you and tell you she will be right there instead of just completely ignoring you and having you wait til she's done her cigarettes and slot machines. Sorry.

So rude..every time I go it's like I am bothering them..I was yelled at because I wearing Long Island t shirt..(says don't make me use my long Island voice) lady yells..I AM FROM PENNSYLVANIA BORN AND BREAD..HOW ABOUT THAT!! Mind you I am 59 and been here and went to Wallenpaupack high..since 1983 TODAY I get Carded With tone..I need ID..I giggle and smile.. she repeated LOUDER ..I NEED ID.. don't say now it's policy..I been there 20 times and never till today carded for ID..they don't give a bit about humans I guess they feel you don't like it go somewhere else so I will love to meet owner
