Stopped there on my way through for a wedding in somerset for some party favors*wink wink*. I can say AWESOME selection on the delta.the prices were fair..and the older blonde lady hooked me up good..all I said was I need something to keep me going through a wedding and she hooked me up right..I’ll be stoping again at other locations she had mentioned during my time there..nice service and she seemed to know what she was talking about. Thanks for the extra good time

Used to be a wonderful store. Barely any inventory, management constantly belittling staff, staff talking about how all they want is to leave... It used to be such a wonderful place- Oh well, time to find a new one.

Im a regular at this location and the employees are all incredible aside from the older blonde woman who has consistently been rude each time I’ve had an encounter with her. Today I took my mom in to get a vape and the woman ignored her requests to try flavors while staring at her and huffing in a complaining manner about letting her sample the flavors designated for sampling, and didn’t offer her a sample tip to test them and then acted confused when I reached in to grab one for my mom to try. After I dropped my mom back at home I went to speak to a manager who listened to my complaints about my interactions with said employee but I could tell nothing would be done to mitigate or address the employee though she was there while I complained. Over all the service is good and the staff are kind and helpful but this employee is consistently rude and hard to work with. Hope this helps you in deciding weather to visit this location or not. - My mom was so over the attitude she bought a random flavor she hadn’t sampled and ended up not liking it. Also she only sampled 2 out of the 5 flavors she asked about.

I like how close this vape shop is to my house but honestly I’ll be going the extra distance to go to vapor expressions down town. The employees have been rude one too many times. Dylan has waited on me before and was very kind and knowledgeable. Not sure what happened the last time though, he should have just told me to get out and don’t buy anything the way he was acting. Older blonde lady is also incredibly rude. Do yourself a favor and get new employees the ones you have now suck!!!!

Dylan is absolutely amazing!! So knowledgeable about every product they sell and he always knows exactly what I am looking for and what I will like. His expertise and customer service skills are quite refreshing and very much appreciated:)
