the big guy is such a jerk. everytime i went he always had something disrespectful to say to me or the ppl i came with. the way he talks to us has never came across as anything but rude and you walk away w a bad feeling because of how he talked to you. today he sold my boyfriend the wrong battery ($30) to match the cart he sold him. my boyfriend barely walks out the store, checks what he got, sees the battery doesn't fit, goes back to address it, then the guy says that all sales are final. idc that's just unethical!!! you don't do that just because you're ready to get off the clock. we ALL work and the world isn't against you so stop acting like it!! i need a refund or an exchange for the battery at least. we all want to hit our sales goals but why do you have to clearly and openly lie?

what a miserable dump. The owner/manager is the rudest guy ive ever seen and was belittling other customers right in front of me, talking down to them. These are people that probably have millions of dollars to their name he is talking like a child to. On top of that doesn't know anything about products he sells except for stupid kratom drinks

OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Had a very nasty attitude when I simply asked to return this piece of crap $35 torch lighter that stopped working for no reason. It seems to me that he has a no refund policy because he sells complete garbage. A simple “no I can”t refund” would have sufficed but he had to be very rude about it. Nasty person. Beware of products and owner.
