Here shoveling and plowing snow. Very nice people. Easy to get here. Roads are a little tight. A couple walk ways one break area. A lot of emergency exits to maintain but hey, that's a good thing.

You guys have had a wood tip problem for months. Stopped smoking last week because I can't stand buying packs with the tips not fully pressed on. They have been unsmokable for a while. No point in smoking anymore because the product isn't functional.

I am a consumer and I am disappointed in the Black and Mild product lately it seems like it must be new management who could care less about the products being pushed out as long as you make the money right... "Let's Be Honest" black and milds used to be the best thing to smoke on laid back with drink or without, BUT once they kicked it into high gear with even more flavor pallets other than fruit flavors and wooden and plastic tips they've went down hill then have the nerve to add .25 cent's to Price of a single regular black and mild or .50-.60 cent's on to a pack or the .95 cent milds turned into $1.00 or $1.05 at one store I l know the prices keep changing sometimes he wants more sometimes he wants the $1.00. The Black &Mild comes stuffed so full it's hard to smoke anymore I have to pull out some of the tobacco and by that time it's flimsy and has holes from the pounds of glue they put in them now after pulling the mild from the tip to get some of the tobacco out the other end.. it's sad and a prime example of corporate America.. My suggestion Stop trying so hard to make money off you products that you forget about the quality of the product..

They're not open on Saturdays and Sunday just Monday through Friday so if you come early within those of days you might as well go to Hansen access road and park for the night until Monday morning is safe and convenient and only has less than a mile away from the facilities
