I literally had the absolute worst experience here! Aside from the fact they are overpriced compared to a lot of other places, they also are selling KNOCK OFF vapes called "Geek Plus" as Geek Bars! I didn't even realize it until I got home to give it to my husband and he opened it and it CLEARLY WAS NOT a Geek Bar!! I went back into the shop and the employee was literally trying to gaslight me! When I showed him a quick Google search proving the vape is a knock off he continued to tell me that I can believe what I want even though I showed him in black and white! 🤔 So because I called him out for selling knock off Geek Bars I was finally given my money back and told to purchase somewhere else which is not a single problem!! Be aware!!! Simply search Geek Bar vs Geek Plus and you will clearly see!!!!! I posted pictures to show they are fake!

Emma is very knowledgeable of the product and helped me understand what I was buying. A lot of the products aren’t always reliable and she did a great job letting me know they would work with me if I got a receipt and the product failed. It’s a little bit a luck of the draw with some of these unfortunately but I’ve overall always had a great experience buying here.

I always have a wonderful experience each time I come in. Customer service is great and I enjoy the wide variety of items they have the most!

Staff and store were nice. Can't speak for everything, but I just bought two ElfBars and both are knockoffs. Packaging isn't right and QR code takes you to a fake site RIP.
