Everytime I had gone to Puff Super Value, I never experienced any issues at all. Everytime I come visit my mom, I make sure to get my cartons before I leave. I have dealt with different cashiers there, and never had a problem. On the contrary they have been very cordial and friendly. One never knows who is going through what, but it also depends how the customer treats the person working there. So, to some it up I will be there again tomorrow to get my carton.

Update Avoid this place and save yourself.The problem literally turned around and tried to victim blame my girlfriend and then they wonder why people don't come forward.When things like this happen even though multiple people have also complained about him. The owner straight said we where lying even though she was not there.And the fact that they can't take one bad google review calling out their cashier for being a creep without banning someone.Do you really want to do business with them?That shows you all you need to know about their ownership. Also want to add they never reached out to my girlfriend or me to find out what actually happened just instantly took his side. And the fact youre calling the victim a liar also says alot about you. They tried to say her name is on the receipts they keep what place has names on the receipt? The long haired cashier is a creep. Now we have to drive out of our way to go to their other store to avoid this creep. Women should be able to go in your store without having to worry about a man or woman reading their I. D and memorizing their information that is beyond creepy. Literally look at her and was like oh I know your name i remember it we go in there once a month for a vape and she never gave him her name and she also doesn't know him. Edit to answer the owner as I cant figure out how to message you on here I dont know his name he is skinny has long hair and and wears glasses his glasses style is bigger and a roundish shape but not a perfect circle about 5 3 to 5 5 in height.

Employee memorized my name after only seeing my ID Once and a handful of visits, I addressed to management it made me feel uncomfortable. Was assured a call back and the issue would be addressed. I never got one. My girlfriend left a negative review about it, which ended up with her getting banned from the establishment from the review. Extremely poor treatment of customers and concerning staff behavior.

Staff are nice, but vape products are way overpriced compared to online sites, even with the additional fees they have to charge. Their selection is also very small. Bought a vape tank that has done nothing but leak since the day I bought it despite changing out everything on it.

I was visiting from Texas and this was the only place that carries my vape. I received the best service on Christmas Eve! Thank you!
