Bought a vape the juice has not gone down at all like none at all over the 2 days I’ve been using it, I had bought two of the same vape in the store. One of them are bad. The other one is fine so the one that they gave me for the bad one is also bad and the juice is not gone down at all, but they knew the batch was bad but still decided to give me another one. That is also bad.

I'll give it a 3 star because the guy that works here is super helpful and knowledgeable. Eager to help and is really chill. The girl ruins the vibe though. She's rude and doesn't seem to care about the customer service aspect of her job. Told me I cant get prices over the phone even though any place you call you can and the excuse she gave was just pure laziness. If you cant give out information because of competition why are you making a website anyone can visit. It doesn't make sense and was her not caring enough. I asked about coils when I went to the store because she wouldn't tell me anything cause she was on a phone call more important then her customers. To end this if the dudes working 10/10 go in and enjoy. If the girl is working try to avoid at all costs. She's rude, arrogant and couldn't care less definitely just there to do the bare minimum.

We are from out of town and decided to stop in here on a whim because it is across from Dunkin… and my lovely husband took all the good flavors from our online order so I was stuck with freaking banana. Anyway, the guy behind the counter, Jay is so nice, very knowledgeable and he put up with me being very picky and indecisive. The store is huge! They have everything you could possibly want. If we’re ever in town again, we will definitely be stopping in to shop here again!

Great Rewards benefits and the people who work there are friendly and know about the things they sell. Always a nice pop-in ecperience and the shopping options are great.

Favorite shop in the area!
