The one thing I like best about this particular store on Electric Avenue is that they offer Drive Thru Service for anything and everything that’s in their store. They have a great variety of products to choose from and offer coupons when they have them at the register. They have snacks, candy, candles, ashtrays, tobacco, tubes, Shopper, Bargain Sheet, local Newspaper! Air Freshners etc. Stop inside the store or enjoy the convenience of their handy drive thru!

My husband and I frequent here to purchase cigarettes because it’s fast and easy service. Today however, the manager of the store (or at least she declared she was) was extremely rude and condescending. From the moment she answered the window, till the point that I asked for the contact info of whoever oversees her. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by someone in a position that she says she is in. God help that business having someone as a leader that acts like she does. I never met someone so mean-hearted and disgusting in my life. My advice to anyone that needs cigarettes, if an older woman with black hair opens the window, just do yourself a favor and drive away! She has a terrible attitude and needs a remote job because dealing with the public is not something she’s good at and she doesn’t know how to return kindness with kindness! The people beneath her that work there were just as bad, consigning how she was acting. I don’t blame them though…look at their “leader”

Double charged my debit card. Called 10 minutes after the transaction and they informed me to call back the next day to talk to the manager. Called again the following day and explained the situation to the manager and she told me it would "probably" straighten itself out in 3-7 days. I calmly explained how that was just wrong and she asked me why I was being so rude. Really? You ripped me off for $87.50 and I'm being rude? Hold my beer! Do not give this place your business. They never evenn asked who I was, how much the transaction was, what day/time of the transaction or my card number. All I got was lip service!

This used to be my FAVORITE Puff n Snuff. Now it's 50% my favorite. Half of the employees are more than phenomenal. Then you have the other half.....that are always either A: being rude B: being drama queens or C: constantly complaining about the staff members who are nice, to try to make themselves look like better people.

Best prices in cigs, hands down. I smoke Eagles and they are at least $10 cheaper here then anywhere else. They have a convenient drive-thru window. Also sell lottery tickets, beverages and snack food items.
