My wife and I stopped by for the first time a few weeks ago and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on the different cigars he had to offer. A few weeks later my wife stopped by to grab me a gift certificate for Father's day. I went on 6/25/26 and again asked for recommendations. Steve probably has customer after customer ask him for recommendations or an education on cigars and he speaks to you like you are the first person to ask questions, which is awesome. You can see he genuinely enjoys interacting with customers. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite things to do when I travel is to visit local cigar shops. I was in Ligonier earlier this month for my daughter's swim meet at the YMCA, and stopped in to check out the selection. The best things about small, independently owned shops like this one are the selection and the service. I met the owner, Steve who walked me through each of the microbrands on hand including many made by friends of his in Texas and Florida, as well as his own brand. I ended up purchasing four sticks. Pictured, Left to right: Big Sky Tobacco Blonde Minnow Petite Salomon 4.75 x 44, Flatbed Cigar Co Whippoorwill Toro Grande, Exes From Texas Bar-P Wild Rose Robusto, and finally his own Redcoat Cigar Company barber pole Toro. I smoked the Redcoat the following afternoon. It was bold and flavorful. Lasted about 45 minutes. Last weekend I smoked the Exes which was smaller and a quicker burn, and tasted like cherry licorice in the best possible way. Shops like these are one of the best things about my habit/hobby/obsession. I look forward to future visits.
My uncle and I stopped yesterday. We met Steve, the owner. He was very knowledgeable on his cigars that he had in the humidor and gave recommendations. This is a nice little cigar lounge with two seats. Steve is just a wonderful guy. Very kind and just nice to talk to while you're having a cigar. The selection of cigars is top notch and I love that he tries to stay on the affordable price range. Don't quote me. I might be mistaken. I might have misheard wrong. But I think he said he wants to stay like in the the 12 to $17 range. I could be wrong. Don't take my word for it. Go visit Steve in ligonier, Pennsylvania at the redcoat cigar company and enjoy a delicious stick for yourself. What are you waiting for? You're still reading my review go lol. Next time you're in to visit, tell him Jeremy from Punxsutawney sent you
Redcoat Cigar Co. is one of the best stops you can make in Ligonier. Steve is the man. Wide selection of quality cigars at a fair price. Plus a great atmosphere. Five stars.
Five stars for Steve and the Redcoat Cigar Co team. You can’t ask for more in a cigar shop. Great place to hang too.
