I had a great experience here. I stopped in to find a few nice cigars as a gift and didn’t know much about cigars myself. The gentleman who helped me (around 8:20 PM on 7/10/26) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to explain the different options and recommended several cigars that were perfect for the occasion. His excellent customer service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend this shop.

I was in town for a few days for a wedding and the next day a good friend recommended we meet and hang out for a while before leaving town. This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. There was a wide variety of cigars and drinks, but that wasn’t the best part. The ambiance, the genuinely friendly people and the overall atmosphere was amazing. I highly recommend if you want to unwind for a few hours.

This new lounge fills a need in our area. It's easy to find ,above Appalachian Brewing Company. My sons and I visited shortly after they opened, And this is very likely my new favorite place. Upon entry, the sales floor is immediately apparent and there is a fine selection of cigars- something for everyone's taste. The sales cabinets are humidified and well-lit. They're very new and also very clean . The attendant- Pierson- was very helpful and cordial. Most personable and friendly! He explained that this was a dream of his visionary father and his enthusiasm was apparent. The facility covers a large footprint, but because the layout offers large cubicles all around, it provides opportunity for privacy for smaller groups like ours. We settled on the cubby that had a chair that looked like the Union Jack (or a Beatles album- depending on your frame of reference). There was a TV and plenty of ashtrays and side tables. The three of us chose our cigars and we were able to cut them and light them at point of sale. Aroma lititz is BYOB, but they do provide glassware, ice, and mixers in the refrigerator for their guests. Small cans of soda bottles of water were free. We settled into our spot and watched some sports and chatted. Pierson checked in appropriately to make sure we were well taken care of. The bathroom was roomy and exceptionally clean. There were drinking fountains just outside of it. We couldn't resist looking around so we took a little tour on our own. There were several other small nooks like the one we were in- each of them sat no less than four people. All of them were conducive to conversation. There is a nook with two desks for working cigar enthusiasts. Easily picture bringing a laptop and finishing a day's work here . At the farthest point from the entrance is a larger room that would probably very comfortably seat 12 guests and could be arranged as a viewing room with the large TV, or the chairs could be adjusted to create smaller conversation areas. We did not look at the VIP lounge. All three of us found this to be an excellent place to enjoy a cigar with friends. Pierson was an excellent host and made us feel very welcomed. Hospitality was out of this world. We will all be back soon, and frequently!

This place is wonderful. I have frequented cigar shops all over. I rate this place at the very top. I base this on selection, friendly atmosphere and the host (Mike). The patrons were wonderful folk looking for a talk and a smoke.
