Terrible experience. Humidor was 90% empty shelves, the cigars that were there were in poor condition. Guy behind the counter was grumpy and offered zero information about any questions I had. And there was a 400lb man on the couch who got angry when I asked about some cigars in the humidor because they were his personal cigars, but they weren't labeled in any way that would tell me they aren't for sale. Terrible experience and I won't be returning to any of their locations again because they all have the same experience. Just grumpy old men who treat you as if you shouldn't be there.

Was mean people, only cars in the driveway was people from the ice cream shop next door

This is the friendliest most accommodating cigar shop I have ever been to. Lots of great cigars to choose from, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking to hang out they treat you like family, the space is clean and comfortable. The back room is a large lounge with comfortable chairs and a large screen TV. There are a few large leather chairs and a flat screen TV in the front room as well, however there's a large kitchen table where folks tend to gather around and talk about any number of subjects, can be a lot of fun. This place has attracted a great group of guys. the mood in this store has been set by Steve, he is the manager of the store, he keeps the store in great shape and well-stocked, he's very knowledgeable about cigars and fun to talk to. Can't say enough about this place!

Today I write an unusual, but positive review. While I'm not a cigar smoker, my visit to "Cigars, Cigars" was an unfortunate act of fate - a car accident that landed in their parking lot. (Thankfully, nobody was hurt) Despite the disruption to their business and their day, the staff was very accommodating and friendly and did their best to help us all out. Looked like a really nice place, and should I ever need to, they'll be first on my list of places to shop.
