I've been a long time customer at this shop. Even through changes of staff, I have found them to all be highly trained and knowledgeable on products. I've always appreciated their recommendations. They are honest, helpful, and have great prices. If you're unsure about trying something new, ask - they will help you navigate. Check them out - you won't be disappointed for all vape needs.

Staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Just had an incident where I purchased a vape that didn't work n didn't realize till I got home. The staff was kind enough to switch it out for another one for me 😁.

I have been a customer here since they open their doors. The staff is very friendly and helpful or at least used to be. Yesterday I bought a bottle of vape juice out of their discount box and it was not labeled that it had ice in it but it did and they would not let me exchange that. I also got a box of smock TFV 18 coils and when I put the new coil in the juice just leaked out. So we tried the next coil and that one did the same thing. I called in and asked if they would exchange the box and the girl told me no because we already used two of them. Their faulty and they won't exchange them. She tried to blame the vape juice and then she said smock is a bad company for vaping that they're known for this and she also said she would look up to see if there were any other issues with those coils. She tried to use every excuse in the book about them and also tried to blame us or the juice. But never offered to exchange until I brought it up and then she refused to do it. I think I will be finding a new supplier. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that we are supposed to be 100% satisfied with quality well we're not and we were taken care of.

Good store, friendly service and also one of my occasional hangouts is not far from it

Best shop around! MASSIVE selection, and they also offer warranty’s on their vape devices. 10/10 recommend.
