I had a good experience here yesterday. The guy working there was very patient while I looked at the disposable vapes and didn’t make me feel like I was taking too long - didn’t rush me while I looked at them like other shops do. For people giving low stars because of bad product, that is not the shop’s fault. To anyone who still buys Elf Bar, just don’t. The quality of their product is terrible - they leak, don’t last as long as other vapes and they start losing juice and tasting burnt.pretty fast. Again, not the shop’s fault. They are now my go to vape shop :-)

Always good selection, always friendly and helpful service.

Great selection of e-juice, salt nic, pods, mods, tanks & coils! Great pricing compared to other vape stores in/around the city. Discount for veterans and friendly staff makes this location my # 1 stop for my vaping needs.

I came in for the very 1st time. I was welcomed by Zack, he was great helped me find a juice in which i would like and he went above and beyond with treating me like a valued customer. I had such a nice experience that i will be back and will tell more people about this place. Its nice to finally have a vape shop in the area other than vape gone wild. If there could be any improvements it would be that i wish they had a selection of more plain menthol products thats it. Other than that completely satisfied customer. Parking is avaliable right in the front lot easy to find right off of stubenville pike.

Awesome customer service!!! Came in and the guy in front of me had a broken vape out of warranty the guy replaced it anyway cuz they value there customers.. every time I go there I walk out with what what I came for. They are priced better than all the others guys and then they give discounts on top of that if u come correct! Great service good people clean and neat... don’t hesitate to check it out you won’t regret it !
