Claimed not to have any coils that would fit a TFV16 (turns out the 18s they had do fit) and instead sold me these garbage disposable tanks for $10/pop that burnt out after a day. Gee I wonder why they wanted to sell me those instead. Avoid this business like the plague, they are incredibly incompetent and over priced.

I have always received great service here! The employees are very friendly and helpful! With that being said, the employer needs to show some appreciation for great employees and for one, get them some air conditioning!! I have walked in this store, several times and it has been extremely hot, inside store, that it was hard for me to handle only being in there for a few minutes!! I don't know how the employees stand this heat all day!!

The staff have no knowledge of anything I've dealt with staff members trying to find things that were right in front of their faces you're supposed to know the products in the store and they don't they can't tell you nothing without opening the actual product and reading from the product itself, they have a no exchange and no return policy which in my opinion is not customer-friendly is not polite is not good business this place has a lot of smoking pipes and paraphernalia which let's face it average person doesn't smoke tobacco through these things it's not a good store
