Usually would give a 5 star the lady does wonderful customer service. We travel all the way from Steelton just for the great customer service but tonight we came in a young man was behind the counter on his phone we where asking questioning and we literally had to yell sir for him to take his eyes off his phone. Great place awesome prices but if u see a young guy behind the counter good luck. Was shocked would have never expected that to occur.

I’ve been by twice. First time, a sign was on the door that said “be back in 5 minutes”, I thought “okay” and waited. She was back in less than 5 minutes and was so apologetic, in which I was understanding. She took care of my needs and has exceptional customer service. My experience today was a little different as I went by at 9am because Google said they open at 8am. However when I arrived, the door was locked and no one was inside. Google gave me the option to text the business and I have not heard a response yet. I will provide grace but do think it should be addressed if Google got their open times wrong. My experience with Sophie was worth any other issue.

Truly the best staff, and better deals than almost anywhere else! The lady who works here is an absolute kind soul and is so fun to talk to! Highly recommend this shop!

I'm in the Empire nearly every day on my breaks just to hang out because it's right by my job - I found it completely on accident when a coworker dragged me there and I've been a regular ever since. Sophie is amazing! She's friendly, knows exactly what she's talking about, and treats you like a friend instead of a customer! You can tell she loves her job there and that's the backbone of the store. The owner Sam is friendly too! It's a mom and pop with great prices and it's a great place to hang out for a while even if all you can afford is a water to drink while you're there. ☺️
