I am their regular customer and they always treat me like a family member. They are really great customer service. I go there because of their customer service. Products are really at good price. Also have small game room.

Asked for vapes that offer adjustable nicotine down to 0% nicotine was guaranteed the OxBar I got was adjustable to 0 nicotine. Come to find out it only goes to 5mg not to 0. This was not advertised as such. I was sold a lie and when I asked if it is for sure adjustable to 0 nicotine I was assured of such. This was a lie. When I called to discuss this I was hung up on.

Kumar was very congenial,.knew what I was looking for and had it in stock...we had about a 20 min conversation that was excellent on a rare occurence these day. Pricing on products was a bit below average for this are.. which is always a bonus. Yes I recomme d. Yes I will be returning. 😁

Told the vape juices we bought were buy 2 get $10 off. Was charged full price for both. Will never buy here again. Watch what they charge you
