I bought a CaliBar vape here for only $25, which is a really great price. Their prices are very reasonable, the store is clean and well organized, and it even smells great inside. The customer service was excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend this shop!

Been going to this smoke shop for a while because it’s local but it seems like everytime I go in there now the prices are different or there is something strange going on. For example the last 2 days I’ve visited the store some guy I’ve never seen before was there & I was charged more for an item than usual on both visits. If there was a price change on this item there was no mention of it, I didn’t say anything and just paid. The prices are different almost every time I come now. Whenever I ask how much it is it seems like they have to think about a price that should already be set. But what really annoyed me is for some reason the cashier dropped my change onto the glass counter??? Each quarter one by one as he counted out the change. Which I felt was very weird, rude and done for literally no reason at all. Since this shop has been named Vape City I have consistently frequented and spent a lot of money here since it’s the closest smoke shop to where I live but as of recently I feel like since I don’t come in to make big purchases anymore (they do not sell flower anymore) I am not treated like someone who comes in and purchases a vape or glassware. The once complimentary fridge that I was told all paying customers could help themselves to, now have to buy a vape in order to get a bottle of water smh. They apparently “don’t make any money” giving out 1 drink to a person who spends money in their store every single day. Their location across from CVS on Baltimore Ave was one of my favorites and I never felt how I do inside this location. Idk what changed but it makes me not want to spend anymore of my money here.

Wonderful customer service! I'm always greeted with a smile when I walk in. The store is super clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Great experience every time!

Just spoke to the previous owner of this location. I was told this was sold to someone else, this happened around the time the change thrown on the counter to me. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION, IT IS NOT THE SAME OWNER. HE HAS RAISED PRICES, WRITING HIS OWN 5 STAR REVIEWS AND CLAIMING ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE FALSE. I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! I AM NOT PROMOTING NEARBY SHOPS IM WARNING MY COMMUNITY FOR CONS LIKE YOU!
