The customer service is terrible and they sell expired products. I bought a vape from here today and it was expired. They gave me a big hassle about giving me my money back. Please check your dates and before you buy I highly recommend Mr. cigarette instead of this place

They were like friends next door, not businessmen, so I felt comfortable shopping and looking at various products. They are nice people and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a tobacco shop.

Recently "pops" sold the business to family member a cousin I believe. I loved visiting pops shop. I was sad to learn he sold the business but It was time. Thought I'd continue to support and be a loyal customer to the new owner. His attitude towards me it wasnt rude.. but when you feel it you feel it . I didn't feel welcomed like I had once b4. I tried to pay with my card but the cashier kept ringing it as a debit. "Oh its just security" I been coming to that store for a decade that had never happened b4. I decided this is where we part ways. I'll never bring my money back in this store.. ,he's probably relieved . He doesn't want me there any way or at least how he made me feel.
