An Absolutely Stellar Experience with Aaron! My recent visit was truly exceptional, and it was largely thanks to Aaron. From the moment I walked in, Aaron was incredibly attentive and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me. He didn't just point me in the right direction; he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and what my specific needs were. Aaron possesses an impressive knowledge of the products/services, and his ability to quickly and efficiently locate everything I wanted and needed was a huge time-saver. He offered insightful suggestions without being pushy, making the entire process feel collaborative and enjoyable. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to ensuring a customer leaves completely satisfied. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Aaron's professionalism, friendly demeanor, and commitment to excellent service truly made a difference. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, and I'll definitely be seeking out Aaron again. He's a true asset to the team, and I wholeheartedly give him a 10/10!

I went to this store to grab a vape. I was suggested to buy this Mike Tyson vape. That isn’t the problem. The problem is that I bought the suggested vape and the charger made the bottom of the vape open up. The battery and the filter were exposed and I wasn’t allowed to return it and grab a new one. After I bought something he had suggested. This place is a scam. It broke 2 days after I bought it during the nighttime. And I went back that morning and the employee said after 2 days.

Its never open it always says be back in 15 mins an take 45 mins like why would you go on break if you really are on “break” when ppl are getting off from work riding down city ave smh

Went in yesterday, the shop attendant Ree, guy with locs was helpful and professional. He was knowledgeable and got me what I needed quickly.

I had been looking for a particular item and couldn’t find it. I was initially supposed to go to a different store but they did not open on time. This one was right around the corner. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. The shop was clean and the assistance was quick, efficient, and Marc was awesome! He helped me to choose the right product for me. I will definitely be back.
