Jess, the owner is great! Very pleasant and sweet to deal with. I stopped in several times since opening 7/29/2022. They have EVERYTHING and if they don't she will order it for you! The humidor was a pleasant surprise since there are no cigar shops within a 5 min drive of Highspire/Middletown. It has a great selection of cigars as well and the best part, she is open to suggestions on what to fill it with!

Nice selections but rude staff, called to see if they still sell cartridge batteries for my cartridge and the guy on the phone name Rob was so rude. Got an attitude and acted like I was stupid for asking and acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. When you shop there or call the store and get Rob be prepared to deal with his bad attitude.

Very helpful and even agreed to do a special order at no additional cost for me. Did research on different kinds of products for me while I was in the store. Very polite and helpful.

Yes they have a no return no refund policy yes they tell you to try it there make sure it works before you leave the store but after 2-3 days my vape has been malfunctioning and eventually stopped working with juice still in it as a loyal customer that goes there all the time never had an issue til now and they can’t even exchange it?! They don’t care about their customers they’re just money hungry and the staffs are also rude I will not be returning I’ll go elsewhere

Omg this is one of the best smoke shops in Middletown. Today was my 1st time there and Keith made me feel welcomed and suggested that I took a walk around which I did and did not regret it everything was so organized. I ended up going for some wraps and ended up buying for almost 100 😂 you'll be shocked I definitely recommend.
