I’ve been buying from here for years. Yesterday i purchased a glass tobacco pipe for $15 dollars. Didn’t notice until i went to use it, the hole didn’t continue all the way through the piece, there was a blockage in the middle. I went to take it back down and the cashier was very rude and said she cannot refund or exchange. I told her politely that i just purchased it less than 1 hour ago and it doesn’t work.. said theres nothing she can do.. well thats the last time i spend another dime in this place.. selling people junk items and don’t return or exchange

Get my wife her tobacco here monthly. Spend close to $150.00 a month. Zander has taken care of me many times and treat's me with respect and always has a positive attitude. Other employees are just as nice like Amy to name another. Only negative that I might have is the gambling machine's bring in some people that don't take care of themselves or use profanity. Other than that great place for your tobacco needs.

There is a couple smoking joes the one in minersville is cool. They have lottery and Machines of chance to play Very clean. Nice ladies, very kept and stocked up

Tried to buy incense. Rude women claimed there was a sign on the door that u had to be 21 to enter, and there was not a sign. The women was very nasty because “now she had to put it back”.
