This place has everything you want in a smoke shop outstanding selections best prices in Pittsburgh compared to other smoke shops. The attendant was very knowledgeable and cordial. If you're looking for a smoke shop that has everything and decent customer service this is where you want to go👍💯

I used to love this place, would come here all the time and the owner is a great guy, said if I ever had problems with any of his products to bring it back and he would help me out. Well today was the day that happened and he was no help at all, questioning me about if I have ever done this before. The items I got left a burnt stinging feeling in my throat and despite how I felt using the product he still didnt believe me or that anything could be wrong with his products. Very shady and not professional, if you say something, stick to your word. I would advise people to not come here because the prices are also ridiculous!

Most shops are over priced anymore. This shop is not only one of the largest vape shops around which means there are so many options but they have some of the best prices. This is in my top two places to visit even though its a small hike. The owner is knowledgeable and down to earth. He is one of the main reasons we returned after our first visit, Instead of being on the phone and distracted his attention is on you which makes for Great customer service.

This Smoke Shop is great, They understood my health condition ( Hormone Deficiency )instead of being mean about it like everyone else. The staff are very friendly the black man during day and the other man with a kid during night is also the best. I recommend LUX.

Amazing shop super friendly employees 10/10
