The most rude and ignorant staff. The employee told me I need to take a communication class. Disgusting customer service! I was completely taken by surprise by the employee's awful comments. I think i said maybe five words the whole time I was in there. Im too old to be treated like that by a teenager that works in a smoke shop. Talk about a chip on the shoulder. Unbelievable. Me and My wife has spent a crazy amount of money there, since they opened. And then treated like that. What a class act,

Stopped by to grab a $20.00 vape and the worker was not helpful. She informed me I can’t accept a $50.00 bill for a $20.00 vape? Does cash not work in this location? Owner should be aware of this because they are losing money.

Great selection and great discounts available. The staff is eager to help you when you have questions. I highly recommend them. Way better than some other vape shops around Monroeville. You won't be disappointed.

This use to be a great store with lots of various items to purchase. BUT they have removed all the good items! When I asked the sales person "why", he had no idea. Just said the boss told them to remove the items. If you want anything with Delta 8/9 or anything with CBD, you need to go somewhere else. With all good items removed this is nothing more than a fancy smoke/cigar store!

They won’t give you prices over the phone, you can’t go for anyone else because even if it is your husband’s card that you use for everything, they ewont let you use it because the first name doesn’t match. The girls that work here are very rude and catty. There’s one gentleman, he’s great. Overall, this is a national company and their prices and there’s A LOT of other privately owned shops that you should support before this one. I mean just look at the replies to these reviews.
