Awesome customer experience, and more than accommodating. I travel there from NY and he always is kind and helps me with my husbands requests. When my husbands vape died and I was looking for a new one he was able to find me the perfect replacement and showed me how it worked. His shop is one of the very few that have my husbands favorite flavor. Great place, great atmosphere. Will continue to make the drive for the service and products!

I visit Mr. Zim's at least once a month. I live in Binghamton NY but drive out of the way to visit the vape shop. Every time I stop in there, I chat with the owner and we talk about all the different products they sell. I decided to try the THC gummies because I heard good things. I use THC products for medical purposes, helps relieve anxiety, helps with apatite, helps with sleep...etc. I usually purchase these products at the variety of dispensaries in NY. I tried the Koi Delta 9 25mg gummies that Mr. Zim's sells and let me just tell you... I will only be purchasing these products at Mr. Zim's for now on. Mr Zim Zim’s is such a wonderful shop! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Along with the nice atmosphere and friendly staff, they had a wide variety of products. I’d definitely recommend!
