High class business right here people!! Employed here are Some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever dealt with in retail. If they don't have it, and they can get it .... they will. Now let's talk honesty. I recently left my wallet on the counter and as I called them, when I discovered I didn't have it, they were looking me up in the system to call me. Upon attempting to use the Pennsylvania lottery, I was informed by the cashier that they no longer manually input numbers and instead require the use of a machine. However, the cashier was discourteous and displayed a dismissive attitude towards my inquiry. This implementation of an automated system is potentially detrimental to the customer experience as it may cause inconvenience and confusion.
