Horrible customer interaction. I was walking into the store and as I opened the door, this woman screams “The lottery machine is down. The lottery machine is down.” in this horrific, screaming voice. That’s no way to talk to customers coming into a business. Your help is ill- mannered. Get it together, Ciggy!

Every time we come here the ladies are always very nice. Even met the owner and his mom. They seem like nice folks. Always have what we need !

Employees here are extremely rude. I showed up at 5 minutes till close. The cashier rushed to lock the door and when I told her that it was 5 til, she screamed at me, cussed me out, and called me the hard r word. There are many other smoke shops in the area. I will never shop here again.

Great place & great people! Nice selection of products. Love that on my ‘I just can’t days’ have the option of a drive through! Thankful to have a place of business like this in the area!
