The guy that works here has absolutely no customer service skills. He made it perfectly clear he was being bothered. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Dude behind the counter is a prick. Showed up at 7:01 and the door was open with a customer at the counter. I barely stepped inside before he yelled “sorry dude I’m closed!”. I was confused and said “oh?” I only needed 1 thing, and I knew what it was. Quick in and out. But instead of allowing me to just buy it quick, he barked at me. If they want to have rude people working here then I’ll drive across town to the other smoke shop further from my house where the guy behind the counter is friendly and calls me buddy.

Putting together a gift for my partner was so easy. Marie is always so attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful with showing you what to purchase every single time. This place always carries the best products so I always make it a point to stop in and see what is new. Really looking forward to using these items and can't wait to break these in. My favorite smoke shop in Mount Pleasant.

My husband and I absolutely love this local smoke shop, we moved home a year ago and make this our one and only stop for tobacco and kratom needs. They have an amazing selection of all things tobacco and smoking accessories. I refer anyone that asks to go to Smoke Nation ONLY! because of their very reasonable prices and very sweet and helpful staff.

Great customer service, and they almost always have the Feel Free product I enjoy.
