I dont know how this store has a 5 star ratting maybe it was before the girl with the pink or red or orange whatever color is worked there i habe been at this store numerous times amd jusy so happens sje been there eberytime I can not express to what horrible customer service is I can't believe a brand like puffs allows this from the time u come in she's disinterested doesn't greet u doesn't even get uo from the chair then u ask questions she rolls her eyes and says she doesn't know its the most awkward wierd feeling I been in customer service for 10 years and we were neber allowed to have that attitude or treat people that way me amd my family will neber attend this store again amd whoever does is crazy casje supporting a business that allows a worker like that shouldn't be in business fhere are great people out there that would die for the job appreciate it and respect there customers has to he family related casue no manager or owner would allow that
