I had been searching everywhere for a specific color of a new vape, so I called to see if they had it in stock. Gabby told me it was the last kit they had and even offered to set it aside for me until I could come pick it up. I was so excited! When I arrived, I also needed e-liquid, and Gabby took the time to ask a few questions and helped me choose one that was exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The shop is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked, and the entire experience was fantastic. I was a first time shopper and was very impressed with the selection and pricing. The store was extremely clean and well organized even considering it was the middle of winter. Customer service was great gave plenty of options definitely not like your normal gas station. Syid was great to deal with and definitely was very knowledgeable. It is truly a specialty vape shop. Would 100% recommend and have recommended to multiple people already.

Best vape shop in the Lehigh Valley! I've been vaping for a long time and all of the employees are very well-versed in their products. Cleanest store I've been in as well! Will definitely be back for more juice 😀

Worst selection of vape juice around and overpriced. The worker wearing a gray cowboy hat was rude as well as distracted on his phone while customers were trying to ask questions. The cases are so disgustingly dirty that I don’t even feel comfortable touching them to point at what I want. I will never return to the store again after the horrible service I received, I no longer will be recommending this shop to friends. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

Hands down one of the best shops I’ve gone to. Between working with Bess, Syid, and Eli all are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. If you’re as picky and undecided as I can be, I HIGHLY recommend going to see them!
