Nick is the most positive helpful and respectful person I have ever come across I will be coming to miles city from now on

This store is NEVER OPEN. Almost noon and the store is still closed but hours say they should be open for business.

When the door isn't locked during their posted business hours its fine. Other than certain employees not knowing a thing about any of their inventory. But, several times now I've tried to stop in in the afternoon/early evening. And the big neon sign says open. All the lights are on. But the door is locked. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Says it's open but the past 3 times I've went they are closed went in the am at night and middle of day, store looks stocked but it's like they are never open

Longtime customer, this has been my go-to place for years. I'd give it 1 star if I wasn't a long-term customer. They've made several changes in the last few months, they stopped their discount program - literally stopped it a minute after I walked in, despite all the signs and posters were still up.. ok. Their hours of operation haven't been consistent in weeks. I tried going there twice today (09/09/25). I showed up at 10:50am, closed. Checked Google, saw they open at noon. Went back at 12:45pm, still closed. Not sure if business is slow or they're losing money but the inconsistencies will keep me from returning. Not worth driving a few miles out of my way to support a local (and VERY friendly) business. Bummer.
