Go check this smoke shop out. Meet the crew. Louie is the best customer service in New Castle he will beat anyone’s price. You can also meet Bay and Christine who also have great customer service and know their product. Come support local business with a variety of great products. They are not like the other stores because they don’t have 50 plus stores like the other stores in New Castle. It’s one guy and his family. If you are in Ohio it’s the best place to get Kratom, 7oh, and flower. Yes Their flower is the best in New Castle.

10/10 beat smoke shop ive ever been to and I came from Oklahoma where there where dispensaries on every corner. Louie is the coolest and most laid back guy ive met and he's always got deals goin on. I may be biased cause im a regular lol but id rather go here than anywhere else. Already brought 4 people and they are also pretty regular

Very friendly staff, always a good deal..they make u feel like u belong and they really care about getting you exactly what you're looking for..friendly and clean!

I'm a customer service expert and Louie, he got it goin on up at this location. Fast service, great recommendations, and the reality is, he probably should be making more money. These are the kind of employees you invest in! Thanks again Louie and because of you, I'll be back up!

This is one of the nicest smoke shops in town for anime geeks like me the Employee was so nice and had such a variety!
