Sammi is the most helpful worker at this place! He always knows what vape im looking for and is very informative!

Employees never seem to care and Never have the right pods Even though they sell the device or don’t seem to even try to look. if you call in they just straight up saying no cause they’re too lazy to check.

I recently went here to purchase a vape and I had a terrible experience. I had brought my ID, as usual, however the employee behind the counter proceeded to say it wouldn’t work and asked for my passport. I have never been asked for my passport, and I have to assume this was targeted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants reliable, unbiased service.

The guy here is a PREDATOR!! He gives kids his snapchat and instagram as a “free pass”. All they have to do is show that they follow him and then they can get an vape. He talks to children, Allows HIGH-SCHOOL IDs to used as “real” ones. PLEASE watch your teens, don’t support this “small business”. (true rating is 0 stars, wanted this to be seen)

Always satisfied & smoke-free for 3+ years! Due to government restrictions, it was always a hassle for me to find my favorite flavored juice... until I found this place! Their inventory is always stocked with the products I’m looking for and placing an online order for pickup is a breeze. The friendliness of the staff also cannot go without mentioning! There are other places closer to me, but I choose to drive an hour to come here instead. A visit here isn’t an errand, but a day I plan for & look forward to all week! Can’t help but have a smile on your face as you take in the charm of New Hope while satisfying all of your vaping needs. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone from NY/NJ looking for their new go-to spot, it’s a hell of a lot better than any other shops I’ve been to in the area!
