ALWAYS CHECK WHAT THEY SELL YOU. Always check when you buy a pack of pods from here. The older woman that works there sold me the wrong ones, I didn’t check until I got home. I know i broke the rule of not checking, as I was told by the heavyset gentleman that works there, he quickly reminded me. I thought I was dealing with a person who knew what kind of pods they were giving me. I did open a pod and fill it with juice, to put in the new expensive pen I bought, so I didn’t bring the pack of pods back perfectly, I admit. No refund, no discount on a new pack, even though I spent nearly $100 the day before. Owner was rude about it. I would like to note that it is not the older woman who sold me the pods that drove me to leave a one star review. It was the rude overweight gentleman that told me it was all my fault. I’m on 5th ave all the time, maybe I’ll have to see him again :-( UPDATE: He didn’t try to help or look anything up! I told him I do have the receipt, he said with the receipt all sales are final regardless. I even offered to show him the transaction on my banking app. As far as I’m concerned the issues is resolved. It was $20 worth of pods. I just hope future customer check what they are buying and maybe your employee who said he was the owner can try harder with customers. I tried and tried to explain, he said NO! Best of luck. 👍🏼

I came across this place whith my sister two weeks ago, as i didn't really explore her neighborhood as much it was just a simple visit but when she lol took me on a quick tour that's when things got interesting the owner very very humble and knowledgeable of his products and good selection of all kinds including merch, highly recommend when passing through new Ken make a stop here and candy store which is next on my list.

Awesome vape shop! You are greeted with a smile and great conversation. Mark is super knowledgeable on his products and getting you what you came in for. Very clean, well organized and well stocked. Definitely recommending this shop to everyone! Got a cool pen too!

My husband consulted with this shop, and the person behind the counter sold him the wrong product. When he returned to the shop, they refused to make it right. There are so many smoke shops in the area with friendlier service and better parking, I would not go here.
