I (used to) visit Total Tobacco at least twice a month, but not any more. As a cigar smoker we know that sometimes you are going to get a bad, dried out cigar. It comes with the territory. But when you get 2 or 3 bad ones (@$12-$14) a pop, you would think that a good customer might return an unused one rather than risk another failure. I tried that today, but was grilled about not having a receipt, but told them I was in their data base which they encouraged me to sign up for. No dice! I was required to remember the EXACT date, otherwise I would not be given credit for a single cigar, of which the previous 2 were un-smokable. I left telling them they lost a consistent customer. FAIL!

Total tobacco cigar shop was very nice. They had a wide variety of selections. They have my Perdomo vintage cigar that’s aged 12 years in bourbon. Great cigar.

Great staff great prices, friendly service and great supply of products. Always have what I buy in stock. Sal, Sean, Harry and Fab are great people and they are all very knowledgeable. Have been buying here since they opened and is my main store for products.

They have General Snus, and keep it cold!
